Our local beach is called Muriwai .. a surfer’s spot and only about 35 minutes from Auckland. So it ticks a few boxes for the hubby. It is also our border collie, Dan’s favourite spot too … he looks forward to those morning walks. Kite boarding anyone? Go fast? Absolutely … Swim between the flags …
